Sparta frá Heimahaga is a very promising mare, daugher of Hrymur frá Hofi (8.20) and Dröfn frá Stað. Dröfn is owned by Heimahagi along with six other Dröfn's offsprings. Sparta is sister of the great mare Krít frá Miðhjáleigu, same mother, same father. Sparta is grey (born black) with a star and was born on the 8th of June, on Hvítasunnudagur.
